5 Tips to grow hairs faster and to avoid hair loss

Everyone loves his hairs but in these times when everywhere is in tension people are suffering from hair loss. Although both men and women are suffering in hair loss but it is most common in men. Because men have a baldness pattern more common.  In this post I will tell you what to do and what not to do in order to avoid hair loss and grow new hairs.

Follow my these tips and grow your new hairs. But please do not expect the result in days, it can take up to a month to make you happy.

  • Wash your hairs regularly. Because when you wash your hairs regularly then dandruff can be avoided. Dandruff is actually a fungus which damage and weaken the hairs very badly. So this is the first and very important step.
  • Before taking bath massage your hairs also. Massage your hairs at least 2 times a week. The best oils that you can use are coconut oil, castor oil. You can either use one of them or mix them. Apply on your scalp and leave for an hour. One more thing after every 15 days massage your hairs with a mixture of egg, yogurt and mustard oil. 
  • After taking bath do not dry your hairs with towel or hair dryer. Because when the hairs are wet, they are in it’s weakest state. So dry them naturally.
  • Cut your hairs shorter. If you are a man then cut your hairs more short. Because long hairs have more risk of breakage and also in long hairs the oil do not penetrate into the roots of hairs. So it will be better if you cut your hairs.
  • Use my this final tip after a month. If your hair loss decreased by the above mentioned tips then you do not have to apply this tip.

Take two onions and grind them. After that squeeze the meshed onions and separate the juice. Apply this juice on your hairs and leave for at least 2 hours. Onions have sulfur and sulfur is a great re-constructor of hairs and this will surely grow your new hairs.

One last thing that I want to say, eat as much as onions as you can and also eat vegetables daily. Also drink half liter of milk daily. Avoid too much usage of coffee, tea and alcohol. Your food has a great impact on your hairs. So eat healthy food and drink good.
